“Together, we can build a path forward that feels meaningful and aligned with your values.”
How you feel and your current circumstances are deeply intertwined. I work with you to develop insight and understanding of your emotions and deconstruct problematic narratives that contribute to current circumstances. Healing and restoration follow, and together we will work toward a better version of you.
I am committed to providing a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and empowered to grow. My approach is collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices and personalized to each individual’s needs and goals. With a background in cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, I work to help clients develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges and building resilience. Whether you’re dealing with stress, life transitions, or working through deeper patterns, I’m here to support you on your journey to healing and self-discovery.
Westlynn’s approach to couples counseling
My goal is not only to help you weather the current storm but also to empower you with the tools and insights needed to create a lasting and fulfilling partnership.
As a couples therapist, I understand that relationships can face moments of intense crisis that demand immediate attention and support. I am here to help you navigate these turbulent times, offering a safe and focused space to address the urgent issues threatening your connection.
Beyond the immediate crisis, I also believe deeply in the power of understanding and healing the foundational patterns that contribute to relationship distress. Together, we can explore the deeper dynamics at play, identify underlying wounds, and build stronger, more resilient ways of relating.
