No one should feel lost, broken, or defined by their hardships.

I understand firsthand what it’s like to navigate relationship challenges, including the weight of anxiety and depression, and trauma. My own experiences have shaped my belief that no one should feel lost, broken, or defined by their hardships.

My goal is to help clients access their strengths, build practical tools, and move toward the life they want with confidence and hope.

As a military veteran and military spouse, I offer informed, compassionate care for service members, spouses, and families, along with individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions.

I offer a safe, collaborative space where you can feel grounded and empowered to build the life you want with confidence and clarity.
