Embarking on the therapy journey? You’re already showing incredible courage.

My practice is built on celebrating bravery—because choosing therapy means facing yourself, and that’s HUGE. It’s not easy to be vulnerable, but you’re considering taking that step, and that matters. As a bilingual psychotherapist fluent in Spanish and English, I offer a safe, non‑judgmental space filled with warmth, humor, and evidence‑based interventions tailored to your unique needs. I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health.

I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating school and work‑related stress, the complex balance of motherhood and career, and challenging family dynamics such as divorce or estrangement. I also support clients through major life transitions—whether that’s becoming a parent, adjusting to new roles, or finding your footing after unexpected changes.

Together, we’ll build strategies that empower you to grow while honoring your story. And yes, we might share a few laughs along the way.
