Through my past work in addiction recovery and equine-assisted therapy—a hands-on approach focused on grounding, emotional regulation, and authentic connection— I learned that true healing is never one-size-fits-all. Estela is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Alabama, pursuing full licensure under the supervision of Ashley Jordan, LICSW as required by Alabama statute.
Estela earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Mississippi State University and Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Alabama. Outside of the office, Estela enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs, horseback riding, reading, being outdoors, and staying active.
