“A space where you can just be.”
It can be difficult to manage your mental health while balancing everyday life. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Growth can happen alongside struggle. My hope is that you will feel heard, safe, and understood during our time together. I will challenge you and support you through the process.
My approach is a balance of warmth, validation, and honesty. At times, we may focus on building coping skills and navigating day-to-day challenges. Other times, we may explore patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be contributing to you feeling stuck. No matter where you are in your process, I aim to meet you there and move at a pace that feels right for you.
