“You are more than the difficult moments you’ve experienced.”

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow at your own pace. My role involves walking alongside clients as they navigate life challenges, explore difficult experiences, and build tools that help them move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. As both a licensed counselor and board-certified art therapist, I utilize evidence-based approaches from each professional lens to offer clients multiple pathways for insight, healing, and growth. I believe healing begins when people feel supported, respected, and connected to others in their journey.

I utilize techniques from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and art therapy to support each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
