“Show up exactly as you are… No judgment and no pressure.”
Beginning therapy is a significant step, and you do not need to have everything figured out to start. I believe the therapeutic space should be inherently safe, supportive, and approachable.
Because therapy is never one-size-fits-all, my approach is collaborative, warm, and tailored uniquely to you. I integrate evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. These tools help clients deepen self-awareness, manage complex emotions, and develop practical coping mechanisms for daily life.
Ultimately, meaningful progress relies on connection, trust, and feeling truly heard. I am deeply invested in helping you build confidence, discover clarity, and feel more grounded in your everyday life.
