“I care profoundly about this work.”
As a therapist, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, helping them uncover their inner strength and resilience. My approach is deeply client-centered; I believe my most valuable role is equipping you with the tools and strategies needed to navigate any circumstance independently.
I recognize that a strong, trusting therapist-client relationship is the foundation of true healing. Dedicated to continuous learning, I constantly hone my practice to bring a trauma-informed and neuroscience-backed lens to our sessions, helping you understand how past experiences impact both the brain and body.
More about Hannah
Hannah completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona before receiving her Master’s in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University, where she focused on trauma-informed social work practice and mindfulness. She has experience in school-based settings, inpatient psychiatric settings, and outpatient mental health.
Hannah has been trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based practices. She brings this experience into the work she does with clients and is consistently working to ensure she is evidence-informed and up-to-date in social work practice. She has experience in research and advocacy and works to be engaged in her community.
Outside the office, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She can often be found running, in the kitchen making sourdough bread, listening to music (whether on a record or at a concert), and reading. She recently moved from Bloomington, IN to Auburn, and she is excited to explore all that Auburn has to offer!
