I am passionate about working with young women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Navigating high school and college is challenging, and I aspire to help young women feel less alone in their struggles.

More about Abby

Abby graduated from Auburn University in 2024 with her bachelor's degree. She is currently a student at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary pursuing her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Abby has a foundation in biblical counseling is excited to continue her internship at Perspective Counseling.

Abby is actively involved in her church and values the community she has found there. Abby enjoys reading and going on long walks with friends in her free time. She enjoys traveling and exploring new places, especially destinations near the coast!
